Spicy Crispy Cucumber

Makes 2 to 3 servings 1 cup peeled, seeded cucumber, sliced 2 tablespoons black vinegar 21/2 tablespoons chili oil

1 cup peeled, seeded cucumber, sliced

2 tablespoons black vinegar

21/2 tablespoons chili oil

1 heaping tablespoon pureed garlic

3 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional secret ingredient: 1 tablespoon MSG EndTextStartText

1. Place cucumber into mixing bowl.

2. Add garlic.

3. Add the sugar and salt.

4. Add the chili oil.

5. Mix thoroughly to have a uniform taste. (Do not overmix.)

6. Add he MSG for extra flavor. Mix again.
