Biscotti for boxing vets

Vetri culinary director Brad Spence makes some extremely good biscotti - hard, but not tooth-breakingly so, made with organic spelt flour and laced with good-quality dark chocolate. Better yet, he's selling it for a great cause: to raise money for his Fatback Boxing, a program he started to serve veterans. Right now, and for the next week, if you buy it on the website LocalStove.com, all proceeds will go to Fatback Boxing - plus, LocalStove and Tito's Handmade Vodka will each match your $5 purchase with a donation to the program.
