Captain Kashi
Kashi's new Honey Sunshine cereal is baked into puffy squares that look like Captain Crunch but taste more like Kix. A mix of whole grains tossed with a touch of wildflower honey, it measures a hearty 6 grams of fiber and only 6 grams of sugar per 3/4-cup serving, making it a tasty choice for the whole family.Kashi's Honey Sunshine cereal, $3.99 at major supermarkets.

Crossing into Philadelphia
One of Pennsylvania's best wineries, Crossing Vineyards, has gained a foothold in Philadelphia at the Marketplace at East Falls. It's the first retail outlet for the five-year-old winery beyond its Washington Crossing vineyard, and an opportunity to convince a wider audience that good local wine is a possibility. The up-and-coming winemaker has already gotten deserved national attention for whites such as its chardonnay, viognier and late-harvest vidal. The 2006 cabernet franc ($21), though, was the first Crossing red to impress me, too, its earthy, bell pepper nose backed by rich, balanced, almost chocolatey fruit. This location will also be hosting a series of wine education events starting in the fall.
