Dr. James Capolupo, superintendent of the Springfield School District in Delaware County
Inquirer Education Editor Rose Ciotta interviewed area education leaders and asked them to respond to the following question: What change has impacted your district/school the most in the last decade?
All school leaders were asked to respond to the same question in writing. Two issues emerged as having the biggest impact: the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) and technology in the classroom.
This is the first of several video interviews exploring those topics and others, including charter schools and single-sex schools. Here are the answers from Dr. James Capolupo, superintendent of the Springfield School District in Delaware County. He talks about the effect of the NCLB on his district.
