Sideshow: It's just a comic book, say the 'Twilight'ers
Rob says he digs Kristen's attitude to the tabloid reports: "She's influenced how I've done all the Twilight stuff. It's quite nice to have someone who is genuinely indifferent to the whole spectacle of everything."
For her part, Kristen doesn't mince words: "It's so [stupid]. We're characters in this comic book."
U.S. Army: Sorry, Ryan!
Army spokesman Lt. Col. Jon G.: Gee, I guess I'm sorry
Jon Gosselin showed off his moral bona fides in a public forum with Michael Jackson adviser Rabbi Shmuley Boteach Sunday night in New York. Jon confirmed he and his lover, Hailey Glassman, are taking a break from their relationship. And he apologized to his estranged wife, Kate, for "openly having relationships in the public eye" while the couple were separated. Jon said he was recalibrating his soul."Half the stuff I've done, if I look at my moral compass, I shouldn't have done," he said. "It's like fame canceled out conviction."
Fame, Jon said, is a poison, a cancer, a demon, a monster. And something he never sought: "I'm not a fame seeker. Every day I look in the mirror and I wonder [why I'm famous]. I don't sing. I don't dance. I'm not a Nobel Peace Prize winner."

"He's OK - he's fine," the tab quotes him as saying.Farrow says Sir Elton has to cancel some shows, but hopes to rejoin his concertmate, Billy Joel, when their Face2Face tour is scheduled to hit California this month.
The flu has taken more casualties at Dancing With the Stars. People reported yesterday that Lacey Schwimmer joins Derek Hough and Mark Ballas on the list of the afflicted. Anna Trebunskaya will dance in her place.
