David Aldridge joined the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2004 and writes about the NBA, the NFL and other sports topics. He was a primary contributor to the Inquirer series, "The Future of Pro Sports," which received second place in "Best Sports Story" by the Society of Professional Journalists, Philadelphia chapter.
