The obituary of radio personality Irv Homer, who died Wednesday, omitted his two sons from a previous marriage, Bruce and Jeffrey Pergament, as well as three grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
Bruce Pergament owns an auto dealership in Huntington, Pa. Jeffrey Pergament is a designer and artist who lives in Primos.

A story in Sunday's Inquirer on literacy of job applicants stated that a city investment of $12 million spent on work-specific intensive literacy courses would net more than $370 million in taxes and savings.
Actually, the city would need to invest $12 million a year for seven years, or $84 million, to reach that level of return in a seven-year period.

An item yesterday in the Heard in the Hall column incorrectly attributed remarks made on a Twitter account to Mayor Nutter.
The mayor does not have a public Twitter account, and the remarks in question were made by an impostor posing as Mayor Nutter online.
