A story yesterday on an auction of Curt Flood memorabilia misspelled the name of former Phillies pitcher Joe Hoerner.
Renee Ramsey, formerly Richard Ramsey, the subject of a Health & Science article Monday about her recent transgender surgery, was described as a Navy veteran who also served in special operations in the Army. Ramsey was photographed wearing an Army uniform in 1982 and at a recent American Legion function. Ramsey wears the Army uniform because of dual service.
The Inquirer incorrectly reported the hour that the Saturday visitation is to begin for Coast Guard Petty Officer Second Class Jason S. Moletzsky. The visitation is to take place from 8 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson St., Swedesburg, followed by an 11 a.m. Funeral Mass there.
