Peco Energy Co. has named Kathleen McVey-Ryan manager of its environmental, safety, and human-performance programs. McVey-Ryan had been a manager in the Philadelphia utility's electric operations supporting construction and maintenance in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
Richard C. Simon of Plymouth Meeting was promoted to vice president at Urban Engineers of New York P.C., a consulting-engineering firm. Simon will continue as senior quality project manager and the lead quality manager for Urban's Federal Transit Administration program management oversight consultant assignments.
