Abbe F. Fletman was appointed to the Albert Einstein Healthcare Services board of trustees, a Philadelphia provider of health-care services. She is a shareholder with Flaster/Greenberg P.C., Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Mayor Nutter appointed Michael A. Schwartz, a partner with Pepper Hamilton L.L.P. and former federal prosecutor, as chairman of the new Task Force on Ethics and Campaign Finance Reform.
