Kenexa Corp. has announced that Eric Lochner was appointed chief marketing officer. He had been based in Europe as a managing director. In his new position, Lochner replaces Sarah Teten, who has assumed the new role of chief customer officer.

Lauren O'Brien has joined Independence Blue Cross, Philadelphia, in the new position of vice president, chief accounting officer. She had been the chief financial officer and chief risk officer at BlueCross BlueShield of Delaware.
Verizon Wireless has named Mario Turco president of the company's Philadelphia Tri-State Region. He most recently was director of business sales for the region.
ACHIEVEability said Jasmine Eaddy was joining the organization as the vice president of self-sufficiency, overseeing the programming of education, job readiness, and social services. Eaddy most recently was a consultant for Utility Emergency Service Fund and was the vice chairwoman of the board of directors.
