Hardly retiring: United Steelworkers and International Union of Operating Engineers members protesting outside U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York City claimed the GM sale of assets to a "New GM" will take away the health-care benefits of 50,000 retirees. GM made a deal with the UAW to help fund retiree health-care, but no agreement has been reached with other unions.
