Union gets its expansion draft eligible list
Major League Soccer officially released the names of players who will be available in the expansion draft, giving the Philadelphia Union until 1 p.m. Wednesday to fax a list of 10 selections from the remaining player pool.
All 15 MLS teams were allowed to protect 11 players each from their current rosters, as the Union may select one player from 10 of the 15 teams to begin assembling its initial 2010 roster.
