Two tickets win $1 million each in Montgomery, Burlington Counties

Two area tickets winning $1 million each tops our roundup of lottery news.

Montgomery County ticket wins $1 in Pennsylvania Cash 5. A ticket purchased in Glenside was the only one to match all the numbers in Thursday's Pennsylvania Cash 5 drawing: 1, 3, 13. 15 and 32. The seller: Glenside News & Sweets, 114 S. Easton Rd. Today's jackpot is worth $500,000.

Burlington County ticket wins $1 million in Powerball. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot will be worth $50 million because no one matched all the numbers drawn Saturday night: 12, 17, 45, 54 and 58 with a Powerball of 13. Five tickets matched the first five, winning $1 million, including one sold at Columbus Sports, 2919 Route 206 South, in Columbus. The other four were sold in North Carolina, Michigan, Florida and North Dakota.

On Wednesday, a Philadelphia ticket won $1 million in Powerball, as a South Carolina ticket hit the $400 million jackpot.

Two tickets split $449,873 in New Jersey Cash 5.  Two tickets will share Sunday's jackpot because they matched all the numbers drawn: 2, 13, 14, 15 and 19. They were sold at Beckers News Market, 46 Main St., in South River, Middlesex County, and at Quick Mart, 250 Glenwood Ave., in Bloomfield, Essex County.

Pick 6 up to $4.1 million in New Jersey. The jackpot has been growing since early August, and it's the biggest since early July. Drawings are Mondays and Thursdays.
