Sen. Hillary Clinton visits West Philadelphia this morning to deliver a "major policy address" at the University of Pennsylvania.

Scheduled for 10 a.m. at Penn's Houston Hall, 3417 Spruce Street, the event is closed to the public.

Today is the last day that Pennsylvanians can register to vote in the April 22 Democratic primary elections.

Clinton appears at two other school campuses later in the day.

She will attend a get-out-the-vote rally in the afternoon at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. at the College's Recreation Facility Gym, 340 DeKalb Pike, for the 1:15 p.m. event.

The Senator then travels to Uniontown for a night rally at Penn State University's Eberly campus in Fayette, south of Pittsburgh. Doors open at 6:30 at the Main Arena in the Community Center Building, Route 119 North in Uniontown, for the 8 p.m. event.

Meanwhile, former President Bill Clinton will be in South Bend, Indiana to celebrate Dyngus Day. The state, with 85 delegates, holds a May 6 primary.

A Polish holiday that celebrates the end of Lent, Dyngus Day in South Bend is a political holiday where residents can meet and talk to elected leaders.

"It celebrates the coming of Christianity to Poland," an Indiana politician told the Associated Press. "That's the spiritual side to it."
