Laserlock repurchases 10% or stock

Laserlock Technologies Inc., of Bala Cynwyd, said it repurchased 17.9 million shares, or 10 percent of its common stock, in a private transaction.

The company's shares, which trade over the counter, were listed Thursday at 8 cents.

Laserlock develops and markets technologies for product and document authentication.    - Reid Kanaley
