Saladworks to expand to Richmond area

Saladworks, the Conshohocken franchise restaurant chain, said today it had reached agreement with developers to open its first outlet in the Richmond, Va., area.

The new restaurant is scheduled to open early in 2011.

Saladworks currently has more than 100 restaurants in 11 states, and another 60 outlets are under development.    - Paul Schweizer
