WPCS announces $7.3M in contracts

WPCS International Inc. says it has received about $7.3 million in new contracts for domestic as well as international projects.

WPCS International Inc. says it has received about $7.3 million in new contracts for domestic as well as international projects.

The Exton-based company, which builds communications systems, said the client list includes the New London Police Department, Central Connecticut State University, Camden City Police Department, Florida Department of Transportation, AT&T, Qwest and Boeing.

New contracts also call for work in China and Australia.

"We are pleased to see bids being converted to backlog as it helps us establish some momentum," Jim Heinz, executive vice president, said in a company release.    - Roslyn Rudolph
