Environmental Tectonics Corp. said today that it won two contracts, totaling more than $700,000, for industrial sterilization systems.
The Southampton company did not identify the buyers but said they were repeat customers.
"Although current economic conditions have been difficult for capital purchases, ETC continues to book repeat orders," said Dave Mitchell, vice president of the company's sterilizations systems unit.
The business services the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and health-care industries.
In addition to sterilization products, ETC makes pilot training systems, such as flight simulators. -Paul Schweizer
