107,5
Nassau Broadcasting had what's known as a limited marketing agreement with WDAC Radio Co. to operate "Frank" at 107.5. When the LMA expired -- and I'm not sure if Nassau chose not to continue (perhaps it couldn't put together the financing to buy it) -- WDAC regained control of the station.
Bobby Flay
I know Bobby Flay has opened up some Burger restaurants in New York and North New Jersey. Do you know if there are any plans for one in our area?
Not that I have heard, since a rumored plan for a Penn campus location fell through.
Money Money
Clear Channel is counting on additional national-ad revenue that Seacrest's show would bring. (For that matter, that's why the station let Booker go.) And with Lisa Paige gone, it now saves a salary.
Gary Papa
I hear that he doesn't want to talk about it in that way.
Don Polec
No joke. He's leaving.
Gary Papa
Any update on how Gary Papa is doing?
He seems to be getting better. He was on the dinner-hour newscasts Tuesday.
Diego
How will it affect Diego? Perhaps he'll have another reason to listen to Wired. As I've written before, Diego is a sidekick/character, not a producer. The Chio show needed a producer after Justice was fired.
philly afternoon-evening sports talk show
Eskin has more listeners. In January's ratings, Missanelli's share of the audience came close to Eskin's among their target demo of men 25 to 54 -- the closest it's ever been. Eskin had a 4.6 while Missanelli had a 4.3. (The year before, WPEN pulled a 0.8 in that 3-to-7 p.m. block. Missanelli has become WPEN's only real bright spot, ratings-wise.) Still, Eskin's cumulative audience in January was 50 percent higher than Missanelli's. The theory is that Missanelli's audience stays with him during a show, while Eskin's listeners either don't listen as long or bounce around the dial.

The deal was sealed about three months ago. I understand he's working in Washington, D.C., but not in TV.
