Ryan Seacrist on Q102?
Qso then, what time slot would you think ryan seacrist would fill?
what time slot is he at Z-100?
what time slot is he at Z-100?
ASeacrest will start Monday in middays (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) on Z100 in New York. I'd guess he'd take the same slot here. What would happen to Q102 middayer Lisa Paige would be anyone's guess. Z100 moved its midday person to nights.
WYSP
QMike
How is YSP faring ratings wise with their music direction? I love it and have now shut the door on sleepy WMGK.

AWYSP rebranded itself on Aug. 25, so September was the first full month. It's hardly fair to judge something right out of the gate. Among its 18-34 target audience, WYSP's overall share was off marginally, but its cumulative audience was on the higher side. Among the 25-54s, though, the share was off but the audience was up significantly.
Doug Kammerer
QIs Doug Kammerer still with CBS3? Have not seen him lately.
AYou have to set your alarm clock earlier. He's doing mostly mornings while Maria LaRosa is on maternity leave.
steve bucci
QIs Steve Bucci officially full time at Comcast Sportsnet?
AHe's free-lancing.
Tim Pannacio
QDoes Tim work for Comcas Sportsnet. He has an article on their website. Or is he just writing and does CSN now just have writers for their website like ESPN.com?
ATim left the Inquirer (took a buyout) and is writing for csnphilly.com, SportsNet's new Web site.

Ryan Seacrest on Q102?
QMichael,
Over the last several months, Ryan Seacrest's new syndicated radio show - distributed by Premiere, a Clear Channel unit - has been widely added to hundreds of stations, mostly CHR and pop stations owned by Clear Channel. This week, it was announced that Seacrest will join the grand-daddy of them all, New York's world-famous Z-100.
With all that said, my question is not about *if* Clear Channel's Q102 will add the Seacrest program, but rather, *when* Q102 will add the Seacrest program.

AExcellent points, Joe. Officially, the station is not saying anything, but come on now... The writing is on the wall. Clear Channel killed off the successful Booker morning show to clear the way for Elvis Duran. Management seemingly would have little incentive not to put on the syndicated Seacrest here, too. Just today, Clear Channel named a program director for Q102 to replace Rick Vaughn, who went to Chicago. She's Tracy Austin, whose last stop was in Australia. She starts on Oct. 16. Typically, top management doesn't make big talent changes while it's "between" program directors.
Eskin and Missanelli ratings
QI wanted to know if Mike Missanelli
is hurting Howard's ratings at all
Thank you Gene
is hurting Howard's ratings at all
Thank you Gene
AIt would be impossible to conclude that Missanelli is "hurting" or having a direct impact on Eskin's ratings. Ratings are affected by a number of factors, including the performance of the sports teams. If you look at Eskin's ratings among his male 25-54 demo in September, he pulled a 4.8 share and had an average weekly cumulative audience of 109,200. This was his largest "cume" since last October. Since Missanelli's launch on ESPN950 on April 1, Eskin's audience share has been off (by about 10% to 15%) but his "cume" has been fairly constant -- which suggests that some listeners are flipping back between shows. In September, Missanelli had a 1.7 share and a "cume" of 47,300 -- more than double the "cume" of his afternoon-drive predecessor Jody McDonald. Missanelli's is far and away ESPN950's best-performing show.
As a station, ESPN950 is trending better over last year. Its "cume" among men 25-54 is about 75,000, while WIP's is about 187,300. Among all listeners ages 12 and up, ESPN950 has nearly triple the audience.

Dave Roberts - 6abc
QIs everything alright with Dave Roberts. It seems like he is never in, and it also seems he can not go an entire week without having someone filling in for him.
AFrom what I hear, he's fine. He's merely burning off the gobs of vacation he's earned after 25 years with Action News.
Q102
QWhere's jessie jordan been? she hasn't been on the air for 2 weeks!
AVacation.
NBC10 Weekends
QWhere is John Blunt?
AHe had knee surgery and is expected to return "at the end of next month," a station spokeswoman said.
