NEVER ANGER the gods of handicapping. Delaware Dan broke the code last week, bragging about picking 78 percent winners. Pow! What followed was a disaster, worst week of the season, picking parlays. Got to pick myself up, dust myself off, and start all over again.
This time ...
* A $30 three-teamer, Chargers plus 4 1/2, Ravens minus 3 1/2 and 49ers minus 4 1/2.
* Then $25 on a 6-team teaser: Ravens plus 2 1/2, Pats minus 5 1/2, Panthers plus 20 1/2, 49ers plus 1 1/2, Jaguars minus 1 1/2 and Chargers plus 10 1/2.
* And, just for fun, $5 on a 10-teamer: Jaguars, Ravens, Colts, Cardinals, Pats, Seahawks, 49ers, Chargers, Cowboys, Steelers.
