Blue Jays update: Toronto was originally scheduled to throw Casey Janssen, but the righthander was placed on the disabled list yesterday with inflammation in his right shoulder. Janssen had allowed five runs in 3 2/3 innings of his most recent outing, a 6-5 loss to Florida ... Mills will be making his MLB debut. The 24-year-old lefthander was 1-8 with a 4.48 ERA at Triple A Las Vegas, but had allowed three runs or less in 10 of his 13 starts ... Toronto also placed RHP Roy Halladay on the disabled list.
Phillies update: In 22 games heading into last night, Phillies starters had gone 10-2 with a 3.59 ERA ... The Phillies have won just two series at home this season, both against the Nationals ...
