Live, from South Philly, it's Toonces
This is not about a pup but about a 15-year-old cat.
She was named after the "Saturday Night Live" character Toonces, "the driving cat." Believe me, the only driving she does is that she drives us nuts.
One of her oddest quirks is that she has to have someone in the kitchen with her to watch her eat.
She will sit and stare at you until you get up and go with her into the kitchen, and she will look up to make sure that you are still there.
And fools that we are, we oblige her.
