Running Man
Bert Lancaster, 80, prepares for the Penn Relays at Franklin Field. Lancaster is set to run in the 75-years-and-older 100 meter dash event on Saturday. He first ran in the Relays for Central High School in 1946 and competed again as an all-American track star in 1950 for Penn State. At 55, he won the world championships in his age group in the 400 meters. During a recent work-out, he talked about his career on the track.
