Gina Marie Rosario's funeral

Inside an ornate Catholic church in North Philadelphia, 7-year-old Gina Marie Rosario, one of three children killed when by an out of control motorist struck them while fleeing police, was remembered today as a loving child and a tender young angel bound for heaven.
