The $1M question: Did Obama see the streaker?

The man who streaked at President Obama's rally in Germantown on Sunday may need the White House's help to collect a $1 million prize offered by a California billionaire.

The man who streaked at President Obama's rally in Germantown on Sunday may need the White House's help to collect a $1 million prize offered by a California billionaire.

Juan Rodriguez, 24, of Staten Island, N.Y., pulled the stunt as part of a dare issued by Alki David on his website, Battlecam.com.

Even though Rodriguez scrawled the name of David's site on his naked body and got it the global attention David craved, he now says he wants confirmation from the White House that Obama saw the man.

"We're waiting to hear from the president to see if he, in fact, saw Juan Rodriguez during the streaking challenge," David told the New York Post. "As soon as we get confirmation, we will make the payment.

"It's a lot of money. We're not going to give the money away lightly."

The White House has previously said it wouldn't comment on the incident, which occurred while Obama addressed 18,000 people in Germantown.

Rodriguez was charged with public lewdness, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
