Relive the memories: Coverage of the World Series run

Broad Street Billy: Red beer, free tattoos. What more could a Phils fan ask for?

This is Red October crunch time, my phellow phanatics, and you are rockin' the Road to Repeatsville by sending your Phillies memories and photos to Phillies@phillynews.com - so keep 'em coming!

PLAYOFF BEER! PHILS-NER! Brewmeister Chris Leonard is pouring playoff pints of his new lager - Philadelphia PHILSner! - at his General Lafayette Inn & Brewery in Lafayette Hill, Montgomery County, reports Joe Sixpack, the Daily News' suds scribe.

Pilsner is normally blond, but Leonard added amber malt to his hoppy brew for a Fightin' Red color. "It's the perfect beer to drink while savoring another Phillies championship!" he said, offering $3 pints throughout the Phils' playoff run.

FREE PHILS TATTOO! Nick Frederick - a transplanted Overbrook diehard who runs the Flesh Effects tattoo parlor in Allentown with fellow artist Justin Stroup - is offering a free Phillies "P" tat as long as the Fightin's are in the playoffs.

Since putting a small "Free 'P' " sign out front recently and being covered by local TV, Frederick has been mobbed by tattoo-craving Phillies fans. "I don't think we'd get these lines if we were offering free smiley-face tattoos," he said.

Normally, the "P" would cost $60 to $80. "We are booked solid through Tuesday," the Phillies-hearted Frederick said. Call 610-351-6211 to get in line.

Some New York fans stopped in recently and said, "How come youse don't do Yankee tattoos?" - or words to that effect.

Frederick, whose phanaticism dates back to the '70s, when his dad took him to games at the Vet, replied: "BECAUSE I'M A PHILLIES FAN! FROM PHILADELPHIA! THAT'S WHY!"

Broad Street Billy loves this guy! Woohoo!

SARDINE EXPRESS? On Monday night, the Phils play the Dodgers while Bruce Springsteen plays the Wachovia Spectrum.

Will this be another Perfect Storm for SEPTA, which will run special Broad Street Line express trains?

Remember the championship parade, when those overstuffed trains became rolling sardine cans? Can SEPTA finally win the Big One? Oh, the pressure!
