An arrest warrant was issued yesterday for Kareem Gaines, 32, in connection with a May 16 double shooting in Logan, police said. Gaines, of Coral Street near Pike, and an accomplice are suspected of robbing and shooting a 42-year-old man and his 4-year-old son on Rockland Street near Camac that day, police said. Both victims survived.

Police said that Gaines is known to wear a ballistic vest and should be considered armed and dangerous. Tipsters can call 215-686-TIPS or 215-686-3353.

War Museum coming to city

The American Revolution Center and the National Park Service have agreed to allow the construction of a Revolutionary War Museum at 3rd and Chestnut streets, near Independence Hall.

The group had hoped to build the museum on a 78-acre tract it owns within Valley Forge Park, but conservation groups opposed the development. The center said that it will donate the tract to the National Park Service in return for the agreement to build in downtown Philadelphia.

Man held in vehicular homicide

Luciano Rios, 30, was held for trial in Philadelphia Municipal Court yesterday on charges including homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter. Rios, of Croydon, Bucks County, is accused of killing Arthur Burrus, 49, as Burrus tried to cross Erie Avenue near 20th Street on May 5.

Chic robbery suspect nabbed

A fashionable, 20-year-old Sicklerville, Camden County, woman was arrested yesterday on charges of robbing three banks in less than an hour in South Jersey last week. Tanisha Walsh, whose orange and blond locks trailed down from a brimmed hat in surveillance pictures, is accused of robbing a Columbia Savings Bank in Gloucester Township, a branch of The Bank in Berlin Township, and a TD Bank in Evesham on June 23, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said. *
