Yesterday's murder/racketeering indictment included 12 Philadelphia homicides. Convicted drug trafficker Kaboni Savage allegedly ordered or participated in 11 of them.

A 12th victim was killed and a 13th was wounded allegedly by Savage associate Lamont "Mont" Lewis.

This is what the indictment alleges:

_ July 25, 2007: While firing at drug rivals, Lewis shot a woman identified in the indictment as A.S., a 59-year-old bystander, in the head on her front porch.

_ Oct. 9, 2004: Lewis and Robert Merritt Jr. doused with gasoline and set fire to the North Philadelphia home of federal witness Eugene "Twin" Coleman, killing Coleman's mother, Marcella Coleman, 54, a prison guard; Coleman's son, Damir Jenkins, 15 months; a cousin, Tamika Nash, 33; Nash's daughter, Khadijah, 10; a nephew, Sean Anthony Rodriguez, 15; a friend, Tajh Porchea, 12; and the family's pet dog.

_ March 1, 2004: Two weeks before he was to be the sole witness testifying against Savage, welterweight boxer Tybius "Tib" Flowers, 32, was fatally shot by Steven "Smoke" Northington at 8th and Butler streets. Savage, who was jailed, ordered the murder because on March 19, 1998, Flowers had seen Savage allegedly kill motorist Kenneth Lassiter, who had tapped his car while parking. Savage was acquitted in Lassiter's murder.

_ March 14, 2003: Savage lured drug dealer Tyrone Toliver, 26, of Cherry Hill, to a drug-packaging apartment on Palmetto Street near Erie Avenue, where associate Kareem "Bree" Bluntly fatally shot Toliver in the back of the head and stole his drug money, which he later turned over to Savage.

Bluntly and Coleman, a top aide-turned-witness,then wrapped the body in a trash bag with duct tape and stuffed it in the trunk of a car, which was found by police 16 days later. Bluntly was gunned down in January 2004.

_ Feb. 23, 2003: Convicted drug dealer Northington circled the block three times before fatally shooting rival drug dealer Barry Parker three times in the chest to avenge Parker's taking over Northington's drug corner at 7th and Pike streets while Northington was jailed. Northington is serving a life sentence in state prison for Parker's murder.

_ Sept. 12, 2001: Carlton "Muhammad" Brown was found fatally shot at 64th Street and Lindbergh Boulevard, in Eastwick. Lewis was tried three times for the murder but never convicted. Savage was not charged.

_ Sept. 6, 2000: Savage ordered Bluntly to fatally shoot Mansur "Shafiq" Abdullah, 22, of 11th Street, who was later found inside his Mercedes-Benz, which had been set on fire on Park Avenue near Hunting Park. *
