Down at the farm
Hendricks Farms cheese is available at a handful of area restaurants and at the Headhouse Square market in Center City. But for a real treat, it's worth the effort to trek out to the farm (202 Green Hill Road, Telford, 267-382-0556, hendricksfarmsanddairy.com). Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
"When you come out here and see what we're doing, it changes the way you look at your food," said Trent Hendricks, "I think it helps you really appreciate our product."
