Ken Burns' seven-night documentary series about Theodore, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt kicks off with a look at the youths and family circumstances that helped shape the two future presidents .

* OUTLANDER 9 p.m. Saturday, Starz.

Six weeks into the hit series, things begin to heat up for time-traveler Claire (Caitriona Balfe) with the reappearance of a man with a too-familiar face . We also get to the point in the story that fans of Diana Gabaldon's best-sellers may have been itching for.

* HARRY AT 30. 10 p.m. Saturday, BBC America.

His sister-in-law's latest pregnancy moves him just that much further from the throne, but it will be decades before little Prince George and his sibling-in-utero will be able to create the stir their red-headed uncle can on a visit to Vegas alone. This documentary may be more interested in Harry's less tabloid moments, though.

Yes, it's an anachronism, but for a short time, Atlantic City's in the spotlight for something other than a failed casino, and someone goes home with a ton of scholarship money. That's probably worth more than what most "winners" take away from "The Bachelor."
