Eats beat

* A faithfully replicated White House Garden on the grounds of W. Atlee Burpee & Co.'s Fordhook Farm (105 New Britain Road, Doylestown) will be open to the public from 1-4 p.m. tomorrow. Admission is free. * How's this for a movable feast: dinner with a course at each of Chef Jose Garces' Center City restaurants on Nov. 11. Starting at 5 p.m. at Distrito, diners then move to Tinto (with a cocktail from adjacent Village Whiskey), Chifa and finally Amada. The $200-a-person cost includes beverages. Reservations at 215-625-2506.

* Pop your holiday cork a little early at Phiz Fest, 6-8:30 p.m. Nov. 12, at the Grand Ballroom of the Park Hyatt at The Bellevue (200 S. Broad St.). This benefit for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital will feature a variety of bubblies with complementary edibles. Advance tix are $69.50 a person and $59.50 each for a couple; at the door, $75 cash only. www.phizfest.com or 610-649-6330.

* We love Ambler for its retro movie theater, funky shops and eclectic dining. Here's another reason to point the roadster up Route 309. Dettera (129 E. Butler Ave., 215-643-0111) has progressive American cuisine, wine bar chic, an outside deck with fireplace - sounds like a plan!
