Chris Brennan writes the Urban Warrior column and covers politics. The Philadelphia native graduated from Temple University and is now a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania. Brennan's career includes stints as a freelance writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer, The Press of Atlantic City and several publications in Hawaii. ANYONE WHO has lived in Center City knows it's tough to find a parking spot near home. It goes with the territory, living in a densely packed neighborhood.

I WAS STARTING to wonder what takes longer - getting an appointment at one of the city's overcrowded and understaffed Neighborhood Health Centers or getting Mayor Street's administration to explain the long wait.
