* The publisher of "Harry Potter" says it intends to fight a lawsuit alleging that author J.K. Rowling stole the idea for the books.
A statement from Bloomsbury Publishing says the suit alleges Rowling took the idea from author Adrian Jacobs. Jacobs has since died but his estate is suing.
Bloomsbury said yesterday that such a plagiarism allegation is "unfounded, unsubstantiated and untrue" and that Rowling had "never heard of Adrian Jacobs nor seen, read, or heard of his book."
Bloomsbury says Jacobs' book - "Willy the Wizard" - had limited distribution.
Rowling's books, on the other hand, had unlimited distribution.

Lindsay, however, is hoping police will investigate who stole her career.

Roker really should have taken these two clowns over his knee.
After returning from the jungle, Spencer said the pair holed up at the Four Seasons Hotel.
"We took multiple baths and got manicures, pedicures and facials," Spencer said.
