Ed Moran

Ed Moran has covered the Flyers since the 2002 season. Before that he wrote about the business of sports, which in Philadelphia amounted to building new stadiums for the Eagles and Phillies with a bundle of public funds. Prior to covering sports, Moran spent his time chasing news locally and nationally and writing about cops, politicians, labor leaders, and some of the most notorious murderers of our time. He came to Philadelphia in 1981 from Boston and left behind his favorite frozen ponds and some rusty skates.
