Piazza mastermind charged in double murder
Murder charges were filed at 7 a.m. today against convicted drug dealer Will Hook, the alleged mastermind in the shooting deaths of Rian Thal, 32, and Timothy Gilmore, 40, in the drug-related robbery gone awry on June 27 at the Piazza at Schmidts.
Authorities consider Hook, 40, the mastermind who set up the robbery of Thal's apartment, leading to the double-murder outside the 7th floor apartment.
Capt. James Clark said that by the time the investigation is over, several more suspects are expected to be charged.
