The Philadelphia Police Department's Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public's help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:

• Eric Carter, 26, of the 6000 block of Tabor Ave., for multiple violations of a protection-from-abuse order, assault, harassment and making terroristic threats.

On Nov. 10, Carter allegedly approached a female acquaintance as she was walking on the 6000 block of Loretto Ave., cursed at her and threatened to blow up her house. He then fled the area. About 15 minutes later, he called the victim and continued to harass her, police say.

On Jan. 15, Carter allegedly had another confrontation with the woman in which he choked her at her house. She broke free and called police as the suspect fled.

Carter is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on the outside of his right forearm and inside of his left forearm.

• Leonard Dewoolfson, 50, of the 1400 block of Imogene St., for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possessing an instrument of crime.

On March 5, two men were crossing the street on the 4500 block of Sheffield Ave. when Dewoolfson almost struck them with a motorcycle while operating it recklessly, police say. One of the pedestrians yelled at Dewoolfson, who allegedly stopped his motorcycle, dismounted it and approached the pedestrians while cursing at them.

One of the men told the suspect that they didn't want any trouble from him, but Dewoolfson then pulled out a knife and stabbed one of the pedestrians in the hand before fleeing, police say.

Dewoolfson is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 180 pounds. He has graying dark hair, brown eyes and a gray beard.

• Emmanuel Gomez, 23, of the 2800 block of N. Mutter St., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, firearms violations and related offenses.

On April 26, Gomez and co-defendant Angel A. Pagan allegedly were involved in a shooting on the 1800 block of Wilmot St. during which a woman was wounded in the shoulder and her 2-year-old child was grazed in the face.

Witnesses saw Gomez holding a rifle while Pagan fired a black handgun into a group of five people who were standing on the block, police say. Investigators recovered two spent rifle casings from the scene.

Gomez is considered armed and dangerous. He is Hispanic, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 185 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on both forearms, along with the right hand.

• Kenyatta Knuckles, 20, of the 4600 block of N. Marvine St., for burglary, trespassing and theft.

On Sept. 14, 2009, Knuckles allegedly participated in the burglary of a house on the 900 block of Arrott St. The crooks broke through a kitchen window and took numerous electronic items from the house, including a laptop computer. Knuckles was identified through fingerprint evidence.

Knuckles is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

• Angel A. Pagan, 18, off the 1800 block of Wilmot St. or the 2500 block of N. Second St., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, firearms violations and related offenses.

Pagan also was involved with Gomez in the April 26 shooting on the 1800 block of Wilmot St., police say. Pagan allegedly fired a black handgun into a crowd of five people.
