Eight Buck Cuts, at 7912 Frankford Ave., will host a benefit for City of Hope on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. Men, women, boys and girls are welcome to participate in Hope Cuts. Haircuts are $8 for boys and men and $10 for girls and women. Waxing is $5, and mustache and beard trims are $3. Soft pretzels and soda will be for sale, and there will be a raffle for a basket filled with $350 in hair-care products. Guests can also buy a ribbon for $1.
