Couture Laser & Skin places patient care as its top priority

Rejuvenate and revitalize your body at Couture Laser & Skin.

The practice, based in Exton, offers minimally invasive and non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser resurfacing, vein treatment, laser hair removal, photo-rejuvenation, liposuction, non-surgical body shaping and more.

While Botox, dermal fillers and laser hair removal are all popular procedures there, owner Dr. Anshul Gambhir is seeing an increase in the practice’s “Dream Lift” treatments.

“It’s a combination of laser and radiofrequency technology to resurface and tighten the skin,” he explained. “It removes wrinkles and blemishes. It builds collagen from the inside level and rejuvenates your skin from top to bottom.”

In effect, it’s a “non-surgical facelift,” according to the practice’s Web site, www.couturelaserandskin.com.

The results are lasting, and repeat procedures are not needed for at least three to four years, Ghambir added.

“The focus is on how to change the effects of aging in the long term and not just cover it up,” he said.

With beach season and tanned skin fading, right now is a great time for patients to undergo skin care treatments, said the doctor.

Above all, patient care is Couture’s number-one priority.

“Safety is paramount,” said Gambhir, adding that certified physicians and registered aesthetic nurses perform all services. “We make sure the patients get the procedure most effective for them.”

Many patients come in with an idea of what they want, but are often looking for something that does not suit their needs, said the doctor.

“They say, ‘I have 1,000 wrinkles — I want Botox,’ but that’s not really the best way for them,” he said.

Couture’s free consultation helps patients better understand the process, Gambhir added.

“We provide a no-charge, 30-minute consultation where we show a PowerPoint presentation and go through all the different services we offer,” he said. “We review the options from a technical and pricing standpoint so they feel comfortable making an educated decision.”

The practice emphasizes value in care, said the owner.

“We want to make sure we recommend the product most beneficial to them — not just something to make a quick buck and have them come back in three months,” he said. “It’s about building long-term relationships with the patients.”

Gambhir started the practice five years ago.

“I’ve had an interest in dermatology and skin care throughout my medical career,” he said. “I’m super excited to come to work every day and I feel happy about what I’ve accomplished at the end of each day.”

Patients can visit the main office in Exton, the Kennett Square location or the King of Prussia location, which opened in September.

Right now, Couture Laser & Skin is offering 40 and 50 percent off select laser hair removal packages, plus $8-per-unit Botox and $100 off dermal fillers for new patients.
