No need to put off that big house project
WSP Construction offers high-quality work at better-than-competitive prices for the simple reason that “We love our work.”
For the last 25 years, professional service and quality craftsmanship have served as a solid foundation for WSP Construction.
The full-service construction company handles all sorts of projects for commercial, residential and office structures, including storefronts, additions, kitchens and bathrooms, said owner Walter Swartz.
“We’ll do anything, anywhere, at any time,” he said.
Right now, WSP Construction is seeing a large number of “fit outs” and renovations, said Swartz.
“Customers are not building whole houses; they’re renovating floors or putting on new trim,” he explained. “People are doing a lot of price shopping and holding off on the really big projects.”
WSP Construction is mindful of the customer’s budget, especially during the recession, said Swartz.
“Things are tough out there right now and we are doing our best to make better deals. Most companies work at 17 percent profit and overhead, but we are working at 9 percent,” and the savings get passed to the customers, he said. “It’s a good time to sign.”
WSP, which is fully insured, offers free estimates. While the prices are competitive, Swartz warns customers against settling for low quality based only on price.
“If they want to cut corners on the budget but still want the whole job done, they’re going to get what they paid for,” he said, adding that some competitors will use products not “up to code,” which will fail inspections.
“You’re only as good as your last job,” he said. “We maintain our work ethic and keep performing high-quality jobs.”
WSP employs a hardworking, reliable team of employees with between 10 and 20 years of experience each, Swartz said.
“We go the extra mile and do all the extra little things that people don’t even think to ask of us,” he said. “We love our work and are proud of what we do.”
WSP Construction — formerly known as Walter Swartz Professional — opened in 1984, but Swartz has been working in the industry since 1975.
The Broomall business serves Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York and Maryland.
Right now, customers can receive a $500 credit on any electrical work on a project of 400 square feet or larger. The offer is good through November.
