PilateSpa clients achieve their fitness goals, look younger
Reach your fitness and beauty goals at PilateSpa.
The Marlton center offers noninvasive treatments for weight loss and cellulite reduction, said owner Debbie Rushton.
PilateSpa combines the FDA-approved Synergie treatment with nutrition and exercise to help clients lose inches and fight the aging process.
Synergie is a non-surgical procedure that uses stimulation, stretching and pressure on subcutaneous tissues.
“It improves the tone and elasticity of the skin, smoothes out dimples and treats cellulite,” said Rushton.
The facility offers private and group sessions for Pilates, yoga, dance and more. Combining exercise with Synergie and a PilateSpa-guided nutrition program helps maximize results, said the owner.
“How much they lose depends on the program length and how much they have to lose, but 100 percent of clients lose inches,” she said.
Rushton, who opened PilateSpa in 2008, has a background in kinesiology and exercise science. She taught dance for 15 years, leading her into the growing Pilates movement.
“This is much different from a normal gym experience,” she said of her facility. “You get more individualized attention here, and the class sizes are smaller, so you don’t get lost in the crowd.”
PilateSpa offers free consultations for clients to discuss their goals with a professional. “This helps us get to know them better and make the appropriate recommendations for the individual,” said Rushton. “We can customize a program based on those goals and help them achieve what they want to achieve.”
Due to Synergie’s noninvasive nature, clients may feel more comfortable entering into a program, the owner added.
“It’s a great alternative to liposuction or a tummy tuck,” she said. “Most people don’t want those procedures, but they do want to change.
Right now, PilateSpa is offering 30 percent off Synergie packages.
More classes are being added to the schedule, said Rushton, and clients should call to register.
PilateSpa is open Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and closed on Sunday.
