Gino’s Construction gets the job done, no matter how big or small
Satisfaction is built into each and every one of Gino’s Construction’s projects.
The company handles “basically everything” when it comes to commercial and residential construction, said Mike Hughes, the operations manager.
“We’ve done nightclubs, spas and salons,” he said. “We’re certified home builders. We’ve built 4,000-square-foot additions. We’ve put in a single door.”
Gino’s Construction specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, he added.
The business offers free estimates, and all work is guaranteed, said Hughes. “I will not leave until the customer is 100-percent, completely satisfied,” he said. “That’s the most important thing to me.”
Gino’s Construction offers quality work at a fair price, said Hughes.
“I’m not the cheapest guy — I don’t ever claim to be — but I’m not the most expensive, either,” he said. “There could be guys cheaper or more expensive, but no one does a better job than me.”
Savings from building materials are passed on to the customer, too. “We deal with a large number of direct outlets — granitories, stone quarries, etc. — and we are able to furnish them at unbelievable discount prices,” Hughes explained, adding that the business is a preferred installer for high-end, designer materials.
Homeowners also can take advantage of savings by opting for energy-efficient products.
“There are stimulus packages available for windows and doors,” he said. “I can’t stress enough how much money people would save by doing this type of maintenance on their homes.”
Hughes cited his parents’ home as a perfect example. “I re-sided their house and redid the windows and doors,” he said. “It’s now been a full winter and summer since, and they’ve already saved $4,500 on their gas and electric bill.”
All projects are owner supervised, he said.
Gino’s employs an experienced, trained staff with a combined total of 200 years of knowledge, including fellow owners Tony Biyik and Gino Yildis.
Hughes, who says his main responsibility is taking care of all the customer’s needs, also is a certified interior decorator and lends his services to Gino’s clientele.
The business generally covers the South Jersey and Philadelphia area, but does not have limitations on its geographical reach, said Hughes.
“There’s nowhere I won’t go,” he said, adding that the business has done work at the Jersey shore and in New York.
