Graphic Artists
FULL TIME — KING OF PRUSSIA, PA • FREELANCERS — CHERRY HILL, NJ
Successful candidates will be proficient in Mac-based QuarkXpress and Photoshop. Must have a degree and recent exp. in Graphic Design. Must be able to design ads from conception to final output.
- Story assignments which would include conducting interviews, research and writing
- Writing feature pieces
- Preparing news releases for publication
- Opportunities to accompany reporters and photographers on assignment to observe news-gathering methods
Journalism internships offered (unpaid)
We are in search of interns to work in the Editorial departments of both our community newspapers and our shopper. We have opportunities in our King of Prussia and Trevose, PA offices in addition to our Voorhees, New Jersey office. BSCN is a subsidiary of The
Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News.

Weekly schedule can be flexible but would generally be three days per week for four hours
each day. This is a non-paid internship but interns will receive guidance, instruction and
constructive feedback on their assignments. An assessment will be provided to the
appropriate professor or department head at the conclusion of the internship. Applicants
should be enrolled in a journalism or communications program.
