Marple Newtown fell victim to a Hail Mary pass by Florida High in the final seconds at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex. The crazy turn of events gave Florida High a 19-18 win over the Tigers.

Marion Weathers had two rushing touchdowns and University of Delaware commit Anthony Paoletti threw a 97-yard touchdown pass for Marple Newtown.

"It was a really good football game and unfortunately we beat ourselves," said Marple Newtown head coach Chris Gicking.

The Tigers compiled an 11-2 record (most wins in a single season) to go along with a pair of playoff victories last season. They also brought home a share of the Central League title for the first time since 1977.

Kennett made a field goal as time expired to pull off a wild 25-23 victory over Avon Grove.

Garrett Cox's 14-yard run gave gave Kennett a 22-16 lead with one minute to play. Following a squib kick, Kevin Francis took a lateral 51 yards to the house to give Avon Grove a one-point edge.

Kennett quickly moved the ball down the field and converted on fourth down with 6.1 seconds remaining. A pass interference penalty in the end zone set up the Blue Demons for the winning field goal.

"We're just really excited with the win," said Kennett head coach Josh Kaufman. "A lot of different young men stepped up and made plays at the right time. They believed and we came out on top."

Adrian Lambert's receiving touchdown gave Archbishop Wood a 14-13 victory over Oxbridge Academy in Florida. Wood won the PIAA Class 5A state championship in 2016. Watch Lambert's go-ahead score here:

Kalie Kuyateh scored two touchdowns, one from 14 yards out and another from four, in Interboro's 26-13 win over host Strath Haven. Kuyateh finished with 143 yards on 22 carries.

Tim Convery kicked things off for the Buccaneers with an 87-yard punt return for a touchdown.

Archbishop Carroll used a flurry of big plays to coast past Olney, 48-12, at Radnor High School. Richard Kimmel had a 44-yard interception return, while Zach Butler took a punt 41 yards for another touchdown, and Dahmir Ruffin had a 50-yard rushing touchdown.

Robert Arabella scored from two yards out early in the fourth quarter to give Council Rock North a 14-13 win over West Chester East. The Indians also got a 4-yard score from Mike Welde.

Bobby Siderio scored two touchdowns in the first quarter as Cardinal O'Hara rolled to a 45-0 victory over KIPP DuBois.

Caleb Mead had a 95-yard kick return and a 57 yard touchdown run in Upper Moreland's 41-14 win over William Tennent.

Damir Smith-Lockett and Cory Little both ripped off long touchdown runs as Boys' Latin claimed a 34-6 victory over Springfield (M).
Ridley's Nick Layden accounted for four touchdowns as Ridley took down Father Judge, 38-20 Ryan Kendra had two interceptions, including one for a touchdown in Upper Perkiomen's 42-21, triumph over Boyertown.
